Decorating Simply and Naturally: A Walk Through the Seasons – Conny Scheck (2012, Cadmos Publishing Ltd., originally published in Germany)
If you’re interested in interior design or photography or green living or recycling/upcycling/crafting/foraging, this book is for you. Writer and massively talented photographer Scheck takes you on a tour through the seasons via her camera lens and artfully arranged collections of natural elements (rocks, seashells, flowers, fruit, twigs, etc). I was particularly attracted to the flower arrangements (what this woman can do with a bunch of hydrangeas and roses!) but every single page features a truly spectacular vignette. To call this book inspirational would be a colossal understatement.
